Provision, Repair, and Maintenance Works at Malir Cantt by Military Engineer Service

The Military Engineer Service (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various construction, repair, and maintenance works at Malir Cantt within the Area of Responsibility (AOR). Contractors must be enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, D, or E and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation E-in-C's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi. Tender documents and detailed work specifications can be obtained from the office of the concerned executive on any working day. Firms not registered with PEC will not be considered for tender issuance. This tender requires earnest money and compliance with MES pre-qualification criteria.
