The scope covers civil, electrical, plumbing, tank cleaning, abnormal repairs, and continuous supply of fresh water by bowser to multiple naval facilities across Karachi. Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and have experience in similar works. Earnest Money of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR/Pay Order in favor of CMES (Navy) COMKAR. Bids must be submitted by 1130 hours on 6 November 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Submission is at the office of CMES (Navy) COMKAR Karachi.
