Provision of Security Services to 13 Workers Model Higher Secondary Schools in Balochistan for One Year

The Workers Welfare Fund, Balochistan has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. This procurement is for the provision of security services to 13 Workers Model Higher Secondary Schools in Balochistan for one year under contract reference P86587. Items being procured: - Provision of Security Services to 13 Workers Model Higher Secondary Schools in Balochistan The procurement will be conducted through Bids submitted via EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on the platform. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure using Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All proposals must include a Bid Security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bid Security Declaration as per the prescribed format. Tender fees of Rs. 5000 must be submitted via Pay Order in favor of Secretary Workers Welfare Board Balochistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 01:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The Workers Welfare Board Balochistan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
