Provision of Security Services at National University of Medical Sciences Rawalpindi

The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) Rawalpindi invites electronic bids and proposals from reputable, competent, and experienced firms registered with relevant registration and tax authorities for the provision of comprehensive security services. These services are required at all designated premises of NUMS including academic buildings, administrative offices, hostels, laboratories, libraries, parking areas, residential facilities, and other associated infrastructure. The objective is to ensure a safe, secure, and conducive environment for students, faculty, staff, visitors, and university assets. Items being procured: - Comprehensive security services - Safety and surveillance - Access control services The technical scope covers security, safety, surveillance, and access control at multiple university sites in Rawalpindi. The service provider must ensure continuous monitoring and protection of all university premises. The tender documents detail the specifications and requirements for the security services. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST registration, company profile, and an undertaking of non-blacklisting by any department or authority. Firms must be conversant with site conditions, scope of work, and tender requirements. Earnest Money in the form of a refundable 2% CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft of the quoted bid price is required as part of the financial proposal. Tender documents are available upon submission of a non-refundable Pay Order/CDR of PKR 3,000 in favor of NUMS from 7th July 2026 to 22nd July 2026 during office hours (0800-1600 hrs). The last date and time for submission is Wednesday, 22nd July 2026 at or before 1000 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1030 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road (Opposite APS Humayun Road), Rawalpindi. Bidders must submit separate hard copies of technical and financial proposals as one single package following the PPRA's Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Late, incomplete, emailed, or faxed bids will not be entertained.
