Provision of Services for Removal of Trash and Debris from Sea in PN Dockyard Karachi

The Pakistan Navy Dockyard Karachi invites technical and financial proposals from reputed GST, SST, and Income Tax registered firms for the provision of specialized services. The scope involves removal of trash and debris from the sea in the PN Dockyard area, specifically in front of Naval Bases (NBs 1-14), PN Mooring, and PIDC channel as required by the Commander Dockyard and Naval Harbor Master (K) Office in Karachi harbor. Items being procured: - Removal of trash/debris from sea in PN Dockyard area - Service coverage in front of NBs (1-14) - PN Mooring and PIDC channel cleaning The contract will be awarded for a period of nine months from October 26 to June 27. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the total contract value through pay order or cross cheque, refundable upon performance guarantee receipt. A tender fee of Rs.3,000/- non-refundable applies for suppliers registered with PN. Bids are valid for 90 days and will be opened on 23 September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bid winner must deposit 6% of the total contract value as a performance guarantee in the form of pay order or bank guarantee. Standard integrity pact submission is mandatory.
