Provision of Solarization, Tube Well Boring and Improvement at TMA Thana Office Thana Baizai

The Tehsil Municipal Administration, Thana Baizai invites sealed tenders through EPADS from eligible Government Contractors and Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and KPPRA Authority for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is for the provision of solarization, tube well boring, and improvement works at the TMA Thana office in Thana Baizai. Items being procured: - Provision of Solarization - Tube Well Boring - Improvement works at TMA Thana office The technical scope includes installation of solar power systems, drilling and boring of tube wells, and general improvement works at the specified site. Contractors must be registered with PEC and local authorities, possess valid FBR/ATL registration, and submit earnest money and call deposit receipts as bid security. Bids must be submitted via EPADS by 24th August 2026 before 10:00 AM, with opening at 10:30 AM on the same day. The work order is subject to fund release by the Provincial Government. Bidders should ensure all documents including valid registration certificates, CNIC copies, BOQ signed and stamped, and active NTN/Income Tax certificates are included. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
