Provision of Tablets for NOMES Exam at NUMS-KHINAMS, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad

National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis from well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound Firms, Companies, or Sole Proprietors for the provision of Tablets for NOMES Exam at NUMS - King Hamad Institute of Nursing and Allied Medical Sciences (KHINAMS), Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Tablets for NOMES Exam The procurement involves supplying tablets suitable for examinations and testing environments at the specified institute. Bidders must have a minimum of five years relevant experience in supplying tablets for examinations, educational institutions, or similar projects in the public or private sector. Firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure where technical and financial proposals are submitted separately. Technical proposals will be opened and evaluated first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid value is required in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of NUMS. The bid security must be submitted physically at NUMS, while a scanned copy must be uploaded on PPRA E-PADS before the closing date and time. The last date for submission of bids is 30th October 2026 by 0930 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late, incomplete, or bids submitted via email or fax will not be entertained. Interested bidders must register on the PPRA E-PADS portal for participation. NUMS reserves the right to increase or decrease the scope or quantities and to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.
