Provision of Travel Agent for Umrah Facility for Employees of Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate

Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate invites sealed bids from qualified Air Travel Agents for providing Umrah facility services for its employees. The contract is for facilitating four persons for Umrah for 15 days. The services required include: - Air Ticket Multan to Jaddah & back in the economy class - Hotel Stay at Makkah & Madina (must not be beyond 1500 meters distance from Harmain Sharifain at both holy places) - Local Journey covering Multan - Jaddah – Makkah – Madina – Makkah – Jaddah - Multan - All Ziarat in Makkah & Madina - Processing of Visas The bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, BOM-MIE website www.mie.com.pk, and EPADS Portal http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must register and submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 30th October 2026 before 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bid Security of Rs. 26,200 (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments like CDR/PO/Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Bids without bid security or submitted by other than the specified mode will be rejected. Eligibility criteria include having IATA license, registration with FBR for Income Tax, PRA for Sales Tax, and being on the Active Tax Payers List with minimum 10 years of relevant experience. The firm must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate. Selection will be made on the least quote method.
