Tender Description
The Civil Aviation Training Institute (CATI), Hyderabad under the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is procuring works for the provision of tube well bore and allied works at Nawabshah Airport, Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and involves comprehensive civil and plumbing works at the airport site.
The technical scope includes drilling of trial bore holes in various soil types excluding shingle gravel and rock, conversion of trial bores into successful bores, installation of 6 inch UPVC blind and strainer pipes, provision and fixing of PVC bail/end plugs, shrouding with graded pea gravel, electric/video logging of bore holes, testing and sterilization of tube wells, and installation of cast iron foot valves, sluice valves, gun metal valves, GI pipes with trenching and painting, and construction of chambers with RCC slabs and masonry walls. The work is to be executed at Nawabshah Airport with a delivery period of 30 days.
Eligible bidders must be licensed constructors registered with PEC in category C-6 or above, possess valid FBR/ATL registration, and demonstrate relevant experience in similar works. Joint ventures are not allowed for this tender. The bid submission and opening will be conducted online through the EPADS v2.0 platform. The bid security must be submitted in the form of pay order, call deposit, demand draft, or bid securing declaration as specified.
The submission deadline is Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 well in advance and ensure compliance with all bidding document requirements. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
