Tender Description
The Government Special Education Centre Sharaqpur Sharif District Sheikhupura invites e-bids online through the Punjab e-procurement system (EP) for the provision of uniform items with shoes for special students boys and girls for winter and summer season, approximately 122 special students. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rule 38 sub-clause 2 Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (amended) and related circulars/notifications issued by PPRA.
Items being procured:
- Uniform items with shoes for special students boys and girls for winter and summer season (approx. 122 students)
The scope includes supplying quality uniform items and shoes suitable for both winter and summer seasons for special students. The procurement committee may randomly select any uniform item after delivery and send it to NTRC or any government laboratory for quality and conformity testing. All testing expenses will be borne by the successful bidder.
Eligibility requires firms to be registered with sales tax, income and professional tax for the financial year 2025-26. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost (PKR 95,000) in the form of CDR in the name of Headmaster, Government Special Education Centre Sharaqpur Sharif is mandatory. The firm/bidder must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount is required before issuance of supply order. Bids must be submitted/uploaded along with bid security through EP before the closing time.
The e-bid submission deadline is **30th October 2025 at 10:00 AM**, with opening at 10:30 AM on the same day via EPADS. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority EP website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and PPRA website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/. All rates quoted should be in Pak Rupees inclusive of all taxes.
