Provision of Uniform Winter and Summer for Special Students for FY 2026-27

The Government Special Education Centre Khanewal is inviting bids for the provision of winter and summer uniforms for boys and girls studying at the institution for the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated cost for this procurement is **Rs. 21,000,000/-**. Bidders registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and compliant with tax regulations are encouraged to participate by submitting their technical and financial bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Items being procured: - LOT#1 Winter season (Boys & Girls): Boys - Shirt, Pant with belt, Tie, Bunyan, socks, shoes and jury; Girls - Shalwar, Qameez, shameez, Shawl, socks, shoes and jury - LOT#2 Summer season (Boys & Girls): Boys - Shirt, Pant with belt, Tie, Bunyan, socks and shoes; Girls - Shalwar, Qameez, Duppata, shameez, socks, and shoes The technical scope includes supplying quality winter and summer uniforms suitable for special students, ensuring durability and comfort. The supply location is the Government Special Education Centre in Khanewal. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have NTN and Sales Tax registration, and comply with Punjab E-Procurement System rules. A bid security of 5% of the total estimated value of each lot must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Tender forms can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System or PPRA website free of cost.
