Provision of Vehicles on Rental Basis by Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC)

The Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC) under the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, Lahore, invites bids for the provision of vehicles on rental basis as part of its non-consultancy services procurement for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Provision of Vehicles on Rental Basis The procurement will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and subsequent regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
