Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the hiring of services for Proficiency Testing EN1063 ABBTF. This procurement is specifically for the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The contract duration is for 3 months after signing. Items being procured:
- Hiring of Services for Proficiency Testing EN1063 ABBTF (Quantity: 1 Nos, Duration: 3 months)
The scope includes provision of proficiency testing services conforming to the technical specifications and standards as per Annexure G of the bidding documents. Bidders must comply with all mandatory conditions, including valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration, and eligibility criteria as per DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules. The contract requires submission of a Bid Security/Earnest Money in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order. Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes under a single cover. The technical proposal should include all relevant documents, including registration certificates, audit reports, bank statements, CNIC copies, trade links with OEMs, and a judicial certificate of non-blacklisting.
The bid submission deadline is 23 October 2026 at 10:30 hours, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Bids must be dropped in the tender box at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila. The evaluation will be based on technical and financial criteria, including performance, past experience, and compliance with specifications. Firms must provide a Performance Bank Guarantee and comply with warranty and delivery terms.
