Provision of Vehicles (Trucks, Buses, Hiace Ambulances, Double Cabins) on Rent for Pakistan Rangers (Sindh)

Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) headquartered at Muslim Jinnah Courts, Dr. Zia-ud-Din Ahmed Road, Karachi-4, invites sealed tenders for the provision of vehicles on rent for relief and rotation of Wings and other special duties across various cities in Pakistan for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The vehicles required include Trucks, Buses, Hiace Ambulances, and Double Cabins. These vehicles will be deployed from Karachi and interior Sindh to other cities including Hyderabad, Badin, Nagarparkar, Chachro, Diplo, Khipro, Hathungo, Sorah, Mirpur Mathelo, Sardargarh, Khairpur Mirs, Larkana, Kandhkot, Sukkur, Nawab Shah, Kotri, New Chhor, Islamabad, Quetta, Jiwani, Sui, Khuzdar, Kotli, Muzaffarabad, and Rawalkot. Items being procured: - Trucks - Buses - Hiace Ambulances - Double Cabins Tender forms containing detailed information and instructions can be obtained from the Mechanical Transport Company Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), KTC building near Metrological Department Gulistan-e-Jauhar Karachi upon payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable). The tender forms are available from 14 to 25 September 2026 by 1000 hours. Sealed tenders must be submitted in the Tender Box at the same address by 1030 hours on 25 September 2026. The tenders will be opened at 1100 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The Director General Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2004.
