Tender Description
The Government of the Punjab, through the Director General Food / Cane Commissioner, Punjab, invites tenders from eligible and experienced carriage contractors for the transportation of imported wheat under the scheme year 2026-27. The procurement is for carriage services to transport imported wheat from designated ports (Qasim, Kemari, or Gwadar) to specified receiving centres and storage points across various districts in Punjab and Rawalpindi. Rates must be quoted separately from each port to every recipient centre per metric ton in PKR inclusive of all applicable taxes. The transportation period is set for 90 days.
Items being procured:
- Transportation of imported wheat from Kemari/Qasim/Gwadar ports to recipient centres in Rawalpindi district: Islamabad-I (20000 M.Tons), Islamabad-II (20000 M.Tons), Islamabad-III (15000 M.Tons), Bins RWP (15000 M.Tons), Gujar Khan (5000 M.Tons), Wah/Taxila (5000 M.Tons), Sihala (6000 M.Tons), Kahuta (4000 M.Tons)
- Attock district: Attock (5000 M.Tons), Faqirabad (2000 M.Tons), Hassanabdal (3000 M.Tons)
- Gujranwala district: Gujranwala-I (10000 M.Tons), Gujranwala-III (10000 M.Tons), Eminabad (10000 M.Tons), Kamonki (5000 M.Tons), Nowshera Virkan (5000 M.Tons)

The tender process will be conducted electronically through the Government of the Punjab e-procurement portal (e-PADS).
