Provision of Water Supply and Sanitation Works in Hazara and Southern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Phase-I

The Local Government & Rural Development District Tank invites sealed tenders through EPADS for the provision of water supply and sanitation works in Hazara and Southern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Phase-I. The procurement is based on MRS 2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and Non MRS items as per approved PC-I. Items being procured: - Construction of PCC Streets at Shahdab Abad Village Waroki (3.0), Maghzai Raghzai (4.0), Kirri Haider (7.50), Tank - Construction of PCC Streets at Taimor Iqbal Village Ama Khel - Construction of PCC Streets at Muhammad Koroona & Others Village Sheikh Gara The works involve construction of PCC streets at multiple villages within Tank district, focusing on improving water supply and sanitation infrastructure. Contractors must be registered with PEC, enlisted with the C&W Department, and comply with the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via EPADS and also send hard copies of technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes to the Office of Assistant Director (Sr) LG & RDD Headquarter District Tank, Bannu Road Tank. The technical bid must be clearly marked and accompanied by a financial proposal in a separate envelope. Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory in the form of a call deposit. The last date for submission of electronic tender forms is 10th September 2026 at 12:30 PM. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation. Online clarifications can be sought until 2nd September 2026, 5:00 PM. Bids remain valid for 90 days from closing date. Prospective bidders must register on EPADS to obtain login credentials. PEC and KPPRA registration must be valid for the current financial year. All applicable taxes will be recovered as per government directives. Material testing and quality assurance will be conducted by the contractor as demanded by the procuring entity.
