Public Auction of Mortgaged Properties of M/S Sumaira Flour Mills (Pvt.) Limited

The Bank of Punjab invites interested parties to participate in the public auction of mortgaged properties of M/S Sumaira Flour Mills (Pvt.) Limited located in Lahore. This auction is conducted under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001, following default on finance facilities by the customer. The properties have been independently evaluated by three PBA approved professional valuators to determine reserve prices. Items being procured: - Residential Property measuring 32.04-Marlas with covered area 7,068 sqft bearing House No. 205, Block B Phase XII, DHA EME, Lahore - Residential Property measuring 10-Marlas with covered area 2,950 sqft bearing House # 134, Block-G, Model Town, Co-operative Housing Scheme Limited, Lahore - Land measuring 59.531 Acres (Agricultural Land) situated at Hadbast Mouza Babakwal, Adjacent to Dera Mian Azher, Tehsil Ferozewala, District Sheikhupura The auction will be held on-site on specified dates in July 2026 at 1:00 PM for each property. Interested bidders must submit a Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR of Rs. 1,000,000 in the name of The Bank of Punjab as earnest money along with CNIC and contact details. The highest bidder will be declared successful and must deposit 25% of the bid amount within two business days, with the balance payable within fifteen days. The Bank will transfer ownership after full payment and registration of the sale deed. Eligibility requires bidders to be financially capable and registered with FBR/ATL.
