Public Improvement Works – Misrial Road Lane 1–7 (100W LED Street Lights), Ward No. 08

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids for Public Improvement Works involving the provision and replacement of 100W LED Street Lights at Misrial Road Lane 1 to Lane 7, Ward No. 08, Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Supply and fixing of LED Street Light, 100 Watts, 220-240 Volts, Premium, complete with all respects (280 units) - Supply and fixing Twin core cable 2.5 mm2 copper conductor, PVC insulated cable complete excluding conduit (2739.6045 meters) - Switch, SP, socket outlet 3 pin, 15A, shuttered pattern, mounted in Bakelite box complete, supply and fixing (280 units) - Bracket for Road / Street / External light (MS/GI pipe), supply and fixing (280 units) - 3% addition in Rates on MES Schedule 2025 The scope includes full replacement and installation of LED street lighting with all necessary accessories along Misrial Road lanes 1 to 7. The work site is located in Rawalpindi city, Punjab province. Bidders must be registered with PEC for works, have valid FBR/NTN registration, and demonstrate relevant past construction experience and financial capacity as per eligibility criteria. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 01:00 PM. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted.
