Tender Description
The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids for Public Improvement Works involving the provision and replacement of 120W LED Street Lights at main roads in Westridge I & II, Ward No. 02, Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is referenced as P131032. The work includes supply and fixing of LED street lights, twin core copper cables, switch socket outlets, and brackets for road/street lighting, all complete with accessories as per specifications.
Items being procured:
- Supply and fixing of 120W LED Street Lights (155 units)
- Supply and fixing of twin core cable 2.5 mm2 copper conductor, PVC insulated (1693.294 meters)
- Supply and fixing of switch, SP, socket outlet 3 pin, 15A, shuttered pattern in Bakelite box (155 units)
- Supply and fixing of brackets for road/street/external light (MS/GI pipe) (155 units)
The technical scope covers installation at main roads in Westridge I & II, Ward No. 02, Rawalpindi. Bidders must comply with PEC category requirements and provide bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or a bid securing declaration. The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 01:00 PM via EPADS v2.0, with bid opening at 01:30 PM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. The bid security original must be submitted to the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board office opposite AWT Plaza, The Mall, Saddar, Rawalpindi before the deadline. The contract performance guarantee is 5% of the contract price, also in the form of Call at Deposit.
