Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites bids from eligible manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the supply of Veeam Software.
Items being procured:
- Veeam Software
The procurement will be conducted through the SAP Ariba portal using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents collection and submission will be available from 16.09.2026 to 01.10.2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. The bid submission deadline is 01.10.2026 till 02:15 PM, and bid opening will commence on the same day at 03:00 PM onwards.
Bidders must submit scanned copies of valid NTN, GST, Provincial Sales Tax Certificates (where applicable), CNIC of owner or authorized representative, and must be active taxpayers. Interested parties without an Ariba Network ID are requested to register on the SAP Ariba Portal to participate.
This tender requires bidders to have relevant experience and financial strength to supply the software. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
