Purchase of 14 Economy Class Air Tickets for Study Tour of Participants of 68th Regular Shariah Course

The International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) invites bids for the purchase of 14 economy class air tickets for the study tour of participants of the 68th Regular Shariah Course. This procurement is for non-consultancy services and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 14 economy class air tickets for participants - 1 complimentary two-sided return ticket mandatory for eligibility The routes include multiple options with specific departure and arrival dates: Option A (Islamabad-Karachi-Kuala Lumpur-Islamabad), Option B (Islamabad-Kuala Lumpur-Islamabad), Option C (Islamabad-Jeddah-Islamabad), and Option D (Islamabad-Male-Islamabad). The overall duration of the foreign study tour is from 29th November to 5th December 2026. Bidders must be registered travel agents with a valid IATA license, active taxpayers registered with FBR, and must submit quotations for all route options. The bid security must be submitted as a Pay Order or Call Deposit in the name of SHARIAH AOS IIU. The tender fee is Rs. 5000/- and earnest money is 2% refundable of the total bid value. Payment terms include 50% payment upon receipt of tickets and the remaining 50% after successful completion of the tour, with applicable government taxes deducted. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 12:30 PM. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
