Purchase of 30KVA UPS with Installation for Bahria University Lahore Campus

Bahria University Lahore Campus invites bids on E-Pads from authorized distributors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of the following equipment: - Purchase of 30KVA UPS + Installation Interested eligible bidders may download tender documents containing terms, conditions, and detailed specifications from E-Pads or obtain them with a written request from the office of the undersigned from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, until 26 October 2026, upon payment of Rs. 1000/- in cash (non-refundable). The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids will be accepted through E-Pads only. A bid security of Rs. 200,000/- must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in the name of Bahria University Lahore Campus. The original documents and bid security must be deposited in the Procurement Office before 11:30am on 27 October 2026. Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:00pm in the presence of bidders. Bahria University reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
