Supply and Installation of APMS for Distribution Transformers at GEPCO 132-KV Grid Station Shaheenabad Gujranwala

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites registered and prequalified firms including WAPDA GENCOS or PPMC to submit electronic bids for supply and installation works at the GEPCO 132-KV Grid Station located on GT Road Shaheenabad Gujranwala. The procurement is for the supply, installation with earthing, testing, and commissioning of Automatic Power Management Systems (APMS) for distribution transformers of various capacities. Items being procured: - Supply installation with earthing testing and commissioning of APMS for 25-KVA distribution transformers (90 units) - Supply installation with earthing testing and commissioning of APMS for 50-KVA distribution transformers (105 units) - Supply installation with earthing testing and commissioning of APMS for 100-KVA distribution transformers (160 units) - Supply installation with earthing testing and commissioning of APMS for 200-KVA distribution transformers (120 units) The technical scope includes full installation, earthing, testing, and commissioning of APMS units as per ordering codes provided. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through the EPADS portal. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee in the name of Chief Executive Officer GEPCO is mandatory. The bid guarantee amounts vary by item, ranging from Rs. 562,500 to Rs. 1,749,600. Bids must be valid for 60 days, and bid guarantees must remain valid for 28 days beyond bid validity.
