Purchase of ACs and Refrigerator by Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority Islamabad

The Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority (PNRA) in Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for the procurement of goods under the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Purchase of 4 units of 1.5 Ton Wall-Mounted Split Air Conditioners with full DC inverter, reversible heat and cool cycle, cooling capacity of 18,000 BTU/hr, T3 climate class rotary compressor, eco-friendly refrigerant R32 or R410A, energy efficiency ratio 3.7 to 4.0, wide voltage operational range 140V to 260V, noise level 19-20 db, 100% copper piping coils, integrated Wi-Fi control, ampere-locking system, timer, child lock, and self-cleaning cycle. Brands approved include Daikin, Panasonic, Gree or approved equivalent with 1 year warranty. - Purchase of 3 units of 2.00 Ton Wall-Mounted Split Air Conditioners with similar specifications as above but cooling capacity of 24,000 BTU/hr and 1 year warranty. - Purchase of 4 units of Domestic Refrigerators with net capacity approx. 455 to 465 litres, digital inverter technology, no frost cooling, stabilizer-free operation 125V to 260V, high-density polyurethane insulation, tempered glass door finish, heavy-duty tempered glass shelves, humidity control system, eco-friendly refrigerant R600a. Brands approved include Haier, Gree, Dawlance or approved equivalent with 1 year warranty. The technical specifications require compliance certificates, manufacturer catalogues, and performance test reports for approved equivalents. The evaluation committee will verify these documents before acceptance. Use of unapproved substitutes will lead to rejection and possible penalties under PPRA rules. Bidders must be registered and submit bids through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically at the PNRA Headquarter, Mave Area, G-8/1, Islamabad before the deadline. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
