Tender Description
Sindh Higher Education Commission Karachi is procuring computer equipment for its office located at 1st Floor, Institute of Engineers Pakistan Building, Liaquat Barracks, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal. The procurement includes desktops with Intel Core i7 13th Gen processors, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD plus 1TB HDD, LED monitors of 23 inches, laptops with similar specifications, laser monochrome printers, computer power backup UPS units, and a firewall for the server room. All items must meet the specified technical standards and come with local manufacturer warranties. The scope covers supply and delivery within 30 days of contract award. Eligible bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience with government or semi-government entities, valid NTN, active tax payer status, GST/SST registration, professional tax certificate, and ISO 20000-1:2018 certification for IT equipment and solution services. Firms must also provide client lists, audit reports for the last three years, and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting. The bid security is 5% of the bid value, and performance security is 10%. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System before 11:00 AM on 3rd June 2026. The bid opening will follow immediately. Physical bids are not accepted.
