Purchase of Computers, Laptops and Networking Items

Baba Guru Nanak University in Nankana Sahib is inviting bids for the purchase of computers, laptops, and networking items under PPRA rules. The procurement is conducted on a package/lot wise basis, allowing firms, companies, and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing or trading with valid registration and tax documentation to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost, deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). Bidders are required to provide complete quotations for all items listed in each package or lot. Partial quotations will not be accepted. A duly signed affidavit on the prescribed stamp paper must be uploaded along with the bid documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to request the original affidavit for physical verification if necessary. Bid validity is set at 120 days. The tender documents including terms, conditions, and specifications are available free of cost under Rule 25(1) at the PPRA website and the university's official website. The opening of bids will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The deadline for submission is **31-08-2026 at 11:00 AM**.
