Purchase of Datepalm Nursery Plants for Horticultural Research Station Bahawalpur

The Horticultural Research Station Bahawalpur is inviting E-Bids / Proposals under PPRA Rules 2014 and through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the purchase and supply of Datepalm nursery plants for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is open to well-reputed, financially sound firms, suppliers, or importers registered with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax Department where applicable. Items being procured: - Datepalm Nursery Plants with earth ball (Variety: Dhakki), Quantity: 2500 - Tissue cultured Datepalm nursery plants (25 plants of each variety i.e., Mebroom, Qalma, Deglet Noor, Safawi, Khunezi, Burni, Suckri & Zaghlol), Quantity: 200 - Tissue cultured Datepalm nursery plants (440 plants of each variety i.e., Ajwa, Barhee & Medjoul), Quantity: 1320 The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure via electronic submission on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed, stamped, and in conformity with tender documents and departmental approved specifications. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules, and the quoted rate per unit must include all permissible taxes and duties to avoid discrepancies. Eligibility requires registration with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax Department, and bidders must be financially sound and not blacklisted on PPRA. Earnest money is set at 3% of the estimated budget for each lot. Bids must be submitted online by 26 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM by the Purchase Committee on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage before acceptance under Rules 35 of PPRA 2014.
