Purchase of Desktop Computers for SNS Faculty FY-2026-27

The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) invites bids for the purchase of Desktop Computers for the School of Natural Sciences (SNS) Faculty for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is based in Islamabad at the NUST H-12 Campus. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers for SNS Faculty The scope includes delivery, installation, and commissioning of the desktop computers within 12 weeks as specified in the respective purchase order. Bidders must ensure compliance with the minimum specifications provided by NUST, with any alternate specifications clearly highlighted for evaluation. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for sales and income tax, active on the tax payer list, not blacklisted, and free from litigation, supported by affidavits on stamp paper. Bids must include item-wise prices in PKR, valid for at least 90 days after the financial bid opening, and a bid security equal to 5% of the total quoted value in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of 'NUST, Islamabad'. A non-refundable bidding document processing fee of Rs. 3,000 must be submitted physically at the time of technical bid opening. Incomplete or ambiguous bids will be rejected. Performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value will be deducted from the final payment and released after the warranty period. NUST reserves the right to purchase at risk and expense of the supplier in case of failure to supply or substandard quality. Bidders are advised to submit bids through the E-PADS portal by 02 November 2026 before 1100 hrs. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of the Local Purchase Committee and firm representatives at the SNS Meeting Room, NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad.
