Supply of IT Equipment including Desktop Computers, Laptops, Printers, and Audio Video Conferencing System

National Radio Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), Haripur invites sealed bids from reputable firms, distributors, and suppliers for the procurement of IT equipment to be delivered FOR NRTC Haripur. The procurement process will be conducted through the EPADS 2.0 Version e-procurement system on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with FBR and provide a bid security of Rs 50,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur. The bid security scanned copy must be uploaded through EPADS 2.0. Items being procured: - Desktop Computer Core i7 14th Gen, 32GB RAM, 1TB Nvme, Windows-11, Built-in Mic, Speaker, Wifi Card with 27" Monitor (HP 527sh) and wireless Keyboard/Mouse (3 units) - HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3303sdw All-in-One Duplex Laser Printer (Print, Copy, Scan, Wireless, ADF) (2 units) - HP Laptop (16 GB RAM, 512 Nvme, Core i7, 14th Gen) (2 units) - Audio Video Conference Room System with screen sharing Audio Video Conferencing Solution (Lenovo or equivalent) (1 unit) The technical scope includes supply of branded, high-specification IT equipment with standard manufacturer warranty. Bidders must submit financial health documents, proof of authorized dealership, and demonstrate professional experience with at least 5 similar contracts in the last 3 years. Compliance with NRTC specifications and submission of all mandatory documents including bid security, declaration form, and active taxpayer status is required. Bids must be quoted in PKR with prices inclusive and exclusive of taxes separately mentioned. The deadline for bid submission is **27 October 2026 at 1100 hours**, with bid opening at 1130 hours on the same day at the procurement department of NRTC Haripur. Bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 only. Late or incomplete bids, or those without required bid security, will be rejected. NRTC reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA rules.
