Tender Description
The Office of the Principal Police Training School in Larkana is inviting experienced suppliers and firms to submit sealed tenders for the provision of dietary food items for trainees for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Police Training School located in Larkana, Sindh.
Items being procured:
- Dietary Food Items for Trainees (specific quantities and types not detailed in the notice).
The procurement will be conducted on Composite Schedule Rates (CSR) or item rate basis or both, through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using standard bidding documents. The scope involves supplying quality dietary food items suitable for trainees at the Police Training School. Suppliers must ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards as per the Food Control Authority.
Eligibility criteria include a valid Food Supplier Certificate issued by the Food Control Authority, valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for Income Tax. Bidders must have at least three work orders of similar nature in the last three years and demonstrate an annual financial turnover of Rs. 10 million supported by bank statements or audit reports. Bid security of 2% of the total bid in the form of a Pay Order is required.
The tender fee is Rs. 1000 non-refundable. Bids must be submitted by 02:00 PM on 11th August 2026, with opening at 03:00 PM the same day. Submission is only accepted through EPADS. Samples may be requested at bid opening. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any tender as per SPPRA rules.
