Purchase of DNA & RNA Extraction Kits & Consumables

The Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission AECH Pinum Faisalabad invites bids for the purchase of DNA & RNA Extraction Kits & Consumables. This procurement is aimed at supporting the scientific and medical research activities at the AECH Pinum facility located adjacent to Allied Hospital, Jail Road, Faisalabad. Items being procured: - DNA Extraction Kits - RNA Extraction Kits - Consumables related to DNA & RNA extraction The technical scope requires that all items be quoted on F.O.R. PINUM basis with a validity of not less than 90 days from the date of opening. Delivery must be completed within 30 days of the supply order issuance, with possible extension under exceptional circumstances. Earnest money at 2% of the total quoted value must be submitted in the form of CDR or Pay Order in the name of Head, LAO, PINUM, P.O Box No. 2019, Jail Road, Faisalabad. Advance payments are not allowed. Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and date of opening. Bidders should ensure proper packing with cushioning material to avoid damage during transit. Inspection and acceptance of stores will be conducted by the supplier or authorized representative upon receipt. Failure to supply within the stipulated period may result in forfeiture of earnest money and procurement from alternate sources at the supplier's risk and cost. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. Detailed specifications are attached as Annexure-I. Quotations may include GST if applicable. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely delivery. The earnest money requirement and strict delivery timelines are critical for successful bid acceptance.
