Purchase of Electrochemical Work Station for Department of Chemistry

The University of Haripur invites sealed bids from qualified and reputable firms registered with relevant Tax Authorities of the Government of Pakistan for the purchase of an electrochemical work station for the Department of Chemistry. Items being procured: - Electrochemical Work Station The procurement is intended to enhance the research and experimental capabilities of the Chemistry Department at The University of Haripur, located in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The equipment must meet the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents available on the KP e-procurement system. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have a valid NTN. A bid security of 2% of the total bid value is required in the form of a bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Treasurer, The University of Haripur, to be attached with the financial proposal. The entire bidding process will be conducted through the EPADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before August 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the Procurement Office of The University of Haripur. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA and PPRA rules. Errors and omissions, if any, shall be subject to rectification by the University.
