Procurement of Gear Pumps with Motor for Bitumen and Finished Lubricants Service

The Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the procurement of specialized gear pumps with motors intended for Bitumen Service at the LMT facility and Finished Lubricants Service at the LMPA facility. The pumps are positive displacement, self-priming internal gear pumps designed for high viscosity fluids with operating temperatures ranging from 0 to 170°C for bitumen and 0 to 70°C for additives. The packages include factory-assembled and tested pump and motor units with TEFC squirrel-cage induction motors rated for 400 VAC, 3-phase supply. Materials include cast iron or carbon steel casings, hardened alloy steel gears, stainless steel shafts, and high-temperature resistant mechanical seals suitable for petroleum products. Suppliers must be authorized distributors or agents with documentary evidence of authorization and original manufacturer details. Adequate after-sales service and technical support are mandatory, including operation and troubleshooting training for PSO personnel. A minimum warranty of 12 months from receipt is required, covering defects and replacement. Delivery is expected within 150 days from Purchase Order issuance. Bidders must submit manufacturer data sheets, certified drawings, test certificates, and identify any deviations from specifications. Packing must ensure safe transportation and storage.
