SEECS: E-178926 Purchase of Equipment for Labs Under Budget Allocation 2026-27

The School of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (SEECS) at the National University of Science & Technology (NUST), Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the procurement of lab equipment under budget allocation for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the research and teaching facilities at SEECS, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Desktop PCs - All in one desktop (34 units) - UPS 10 KVA 3 Phase uninterruptible power supply system service (1 unit) - Function Generator, Dual Channel (8 units) - Discovery Base protection boards (13 units) - BeagleV Base protection boards (12 units) - Digital Heat Multimeter (10 units) - Hand-Held Digital Multi Meter (10 units) - IC Tester Battery testers (5 units) - Proskit Oscilloscope Probe (20 units) - SDR KIT (ADLAM PLUTO) (5 units) - SDR Kit with Power Amplifier (5 units) The technical scope includes supply, installation, commissioning, and training for the above items. Bidders must comply with PEC categories where applicable, be registered with FBR, and provide bid security as per the bidding documents. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
