Tender Description
Air University, Islamabad Campus (Air University) invites bids for the Purchase of Furniture for its Multan Campus. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement method is National Single Stage-One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The tender closing date is Monday, August 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM PKT.

The furniture items include high quality laminated chipboard tables, steel pipe framed office tables with powder coating, wooden almirahs with glass doors, white boards with aluminum borders, rostrums with AU logo, computer lab chairs, single beds with powder coated steel frames, foam mattresses with 12 years warranty, cupboards, single sofas with molty foam cushioning, dining tables and chairs, lab tables and stools made of seasoned sheesham wood, and student chairs with fiberglass and leatherette covering.
The scope covers supply and delivery to Air University Multan Campus and PAF Complex Sector E-9, Islamabad Capital Territory. Delivery schedule for all items is 15 days from issuance of purchase order. Warranty periods range from 1 to 12 years depending on item.
Eligible bidders must have relevant PEC category, FBR registration, and experience in similar supplies of wooden and metal furniture with collective worth as specified. Sample approval is mandatory. Bidders must submit original bid security in form of pay order and all bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be entertained.
