Bahria University Lahore Campus invites bids for the purchase of furniture items including computer tables, computer chairs, and a rostrum for its campus located at 47 C, Civic Center, Johar Town, Lahore. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the university's facilities with quality furniture to support its academic environment. Items being procured: - Computer Table (25 units) - Computer Chair (50 units) - Rostrum (1 unit) The computer tables feature a sturdy MS pipe frame with black powder coating, laminated tops with PVC edging, sliding keyboard trays, and integrated CPU storage compartments. The chairs are cushioned with high-quality foam and fabric, supported by metal frames with revolving mechanisms. The rostrum is made of MDF with paint finish. All items come with a one-year comprehensive warranty backed by the principal manufacturer with authorized service centers preferably in Lahore. Bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience, demonstrate capability with technical infrastructure and staff, and provide documentary evidence of similar projects. Registration with FBR and valid tax certificates are mandatory. Bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of an irrevocable call deposit or pay order is required. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal before the deadline, with original bid security and hard copies delivered by hand or courier to the procurement office.
