Tender Description
Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) Quetta is procuring furniture specifically for the OGDCL Office located at Takatu Campus, Quetta. This procurement is managed by the Directorate of Procurement, BUITEMS, and invites reputable firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, to participate.

- Drawer Pedestal (Size: 350 W x 450 D x 600 H, Qty: 36)
- Manager Chair (Size: 23 W x 19 D x 49 H Inches, Medium Back, Seat Tilt Locking, Height Adjustable Gas Lift, 360 Rotation Nylon Base, Qty: 36)
The scope includes supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, testing, and training of BUITEMS personnel on the operation and maintenance of the furniture. All furniture must be brand new, unused, and meet or exceed the technical specifications provided. The supplier is responsible for safe delivery to the designated locations within BUITEMS Takatu Campus, Quetta, and ensuring the furniture is installed in workable condition.
Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR, valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, inclusion on the ATL, and submission of 2% bid security. Bidders must provide company profiles, financial statements, and relevant experience. The bid validity period is 90 days.
