Tender Description
The Police Training School (PTS) Rawalpindi is inviting bids from well-reputed and registered firms for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Police Training School located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The technical scope includes supply and repair services for transport, machinery, furniture, and IT equipment, along with procurement of medicines and physical assets. All products must comply with PSQCA standards and Punjab Food Authority Act, 2011, and Punjab Pure Food Rules, 2011, as amended. The site of delivery and service is the Police Training School in Rawalpindi.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms with valid FBR/ATL registration and relevant PEC categories where applicable. Bidders should have experience in supplying and servicing the listed items. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft at 3% of the estimated cost is required with the financial proposal. Performance guarantee of 5% of the total cost will be required from successful bidders.
The tender documents can be obtained from Police Training School (Rawat), Rawalpindi during office hours up to **20 July 2026** against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500. Bids must be submitted by **20 July 2026 before 11:00 a.m.** Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the Police Training School Rawalpindi.
