Tender Description
District Officer CTD Hafizabad invites bids through Punjab e-Procurement system for purchase/provision of miscellaneous items and services based on Framework Contract from authorized agents, dealers, distributors, firms, companies, General Order suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers registered with Punjab e-Procurement system and PPRA Punjab engaged in trading.
Items being procured:
- Purchase of items for Hot & Cold and Lubricants (Estimated Amount: Rs. 795,000)
- Purchase of Stationery Items, Computer Stationery Items (Rs. 1,300,000)
- Purchase of Miscellaneous/Others Items, Purchase of Dietary Items for Muharram/Chehlum Duties & Hiring for Service Rendered (Rs. 1,300,000)
- Purchase/Repair/Replacement of Transport Items (Rs. 800,000)
- Purchase/Repair/Replacement of Machinery & Equipment items and Furniture Items (Rs. 300,000)
- Purchase of Items Cost of Other Store (Rs. 200,000)
The procurement will be conducted under Rule 12 of PPRA and Rule 25(1) of Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders must submit bids lot wise and provide bid security as per Rule 27 of PPRA 2014. Bids will be uploaded/submitted on Punjab e-Procurement System portal and opened on the same day in presence of bidders or their representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time under Rule 35 of PPRA 2014.
Eligibility includes registration with Punjab e-Procurement system, PPRA Punjab, and relevant tax authorities. Bidders must submit a single package containing Financial Bid inclusive of all taxes and comply with the bidding document requirements.
The last date for e-bid submission is 27.03.2026 at 11:00 AM and opening at 11:30 AM. The bid validity will be till 30.06.2027. The procuring agency advises bidders to carefully follow the bidding instructions and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost is submitted in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order from BOP in favor of DO CTD Hafizabad before the e-bid submission deadline to avoid rejection.
