Purchase, Installation & Commissioning of Electric Cables for Flats at Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force Rawalpindi

The Anti Narcotics Force, Head Quarter (Anti Narcotics Force Pakistan (ANF)) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Purchase, Installation & Commissioning of Electric Cables with accessories for flats at HQ ANF during the financial year 2026/2027. This procurement is planned under the budget for FY 2026-27 and aims to enhance the electrical infrastructure at the headquarters located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Items being procured: - Electric Cable 4 Core 120 sq mm, Copper PVC/PVC (LSZH) with digging, laying and termination (130 meters) - Electric earth & earth wire installation at 6 x main electric distribution box (1 job) - Water & Weather Proof Distribution Box 16 gauge 24 x 36 inch, 3P+N+50% earthing for outdoor installation with 3 phase indicator, digital panel meter, MCCB breaker 250Amp 4 Pole, busbar copper and internal wiring (1 unit) - Water & Weather Proof Distribution Box 16 gauge 30 x 40 inch, 3P+N+50% earthing for outdoor installation with 6 phase indicators, 2 digital panel meters, MCCB breakers 150Amp 4 Pole, 60Amp 3 Pole, 40Amp 3 Pole, busbar copper and internal wiring (2 units) - MCCB Breaker 250 Amp 4 Pole (ATS & Transformer) (1 unit) The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and miscellaneous electrical works required during installation. All items must be brand new, genuine, and in original manufacturer packaging. The firm must have a proper setup in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, be registered with FBR for GST and NTN, and preferably be an authorized dealer with the capability to provide all required equipment. A one-year warranty and free maintenance for the installed equipment will be provided by the successful bidder. Bidders must submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal and physically submit the original bid security pay order of Rs. 300,000 to the Head Quarter ANF office before the bid submission deadline. The deadline for bid submission is Friday, November 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. Eligibility requires active tax payer status, sound financial position, relevant experience, and no blacklisting. Technical evaluation will be based on experience, financial capacity, managerial capacity, and setup in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
