Purchase of IT Equipment for University of Agriculture Multan Budget 2026-27

The Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture Multan invites bids for the purchase of IT equipment under the University Budget 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - LOT-I: Estimated Cost Rs. 1,432,900 - LOT-II: Estimated Cost Rs. 5,436,800 - LOT-III: Estimated Cost Rs. 810,800 - LOT-IV: Estimated Cost Rs. 1,224,000 The bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications are available online at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://tenders.punjab.gov.pk. The University will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Eligibility includes having established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost of each lot is required. Bidders should ensure compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax. The bids will be received and opened on 01-10-2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. Interested bidders should submit their proposals via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the deadline.
