Purchase of Photocopier Machine with Installation, Commissioning, Configuration and Test Operation

Bacha Khan University Charsadda invites sealed bids from well reputed manufacturers, authorized dealers, firms, distributors, and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments and active on the FBR tax payer list. The procurement is for the purchase of a Photocopier Machine including installation, commissioning, configuration, and test operation. Items being procured: - Photocopier Machine with installation - Commissioning - Configuration - Test Operation The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA rules. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the KPPRA EPAD System. Additionally, one hard copy each of the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in separate sealed envelopes must be submitted to the office of the Treasurer Bacha Khan University Charsadda before the bid submission deadline. Bid Security of 2% of the total bid value in the form of CDR in favor of Treasurer Bacha Khan University Charsadda is mandatory. The original 2% CDR must be enclosed with the Financial Proposal, and an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the attachment of the original CDR must be enclosed with the Technical Proposal. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must also be uploaded on the KPPRA EPAD system. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with KPPRA Act and applicable rules.
