Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring land for establishing NADRA offices across multiple district headquarters including Charsadda, Swabi, Mansehra, Nowshera, Peshawar, Swat, and Mardan. This procurement is specifically for the financial year 2025-2026 and involves the purchase of plots ranging from 10 to 40 Marla in size, located within the boundaries of respective district or tehsil headquarters.
The technical scope requires the land to be free from litigation, mortgages, or any liabilities, and must be situated in commercially approved areas with access to utilities such as electricity (WAPDA), gas, water supply, and PTCL services. The land should not be in flood-prone or restricted areas, nor near sensitive installations like cantonments, law enforcement buildings, or religious sites. The site must be accessible via public transport and preferably at road level. Bidders must submit ownership documents, valid CNIC, non-encumbrance certificates, and other relevant legal documents as part of the technical bid.
Eligibility criteria include possession of valid CNIC/POC, tax registration, and compliance with prevailing land laws and documentation. The technical evaluation requires a minimum of 75% marks based on location, accessibility, availability of utilities, and commercial status of the land. The financial bid will be opened only for technically qualified bids. The submission deadline is 11:00 AM on 4th June 2026, with bids to be submitted at NADRA Regional Head Office, Plot No. 05, Sector B-1, Phase 5, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
