The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Sargodha invites bids through EPADS V2.0 from bidders registered with FBR and PPRA and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for the purchase of private land/open plots for NADRA offices at multiple locations including Faisalabad, Sargodha, Hafizabad-II, and Khushab. Items being procured:
- Open Plot at Batala Colony or nearby area, Faisalabad, 2 Kanal (10880 Sq.ft)
- Open Plot at Liaquat Road or nearby area, Faisalabad City, 2 Kanal (10880 Sq.ft)
- Open Plot at Noori gate to Aziz Bhatti Town or nearby area, Sargodha City, 2 Kanal (10880 Sq.ft)
- Open Plot at Qanchi Mor, 47 pull or nearby area, Sargodha City, 2 Kanal (10880 Sq.ft)
- Open Plot at Sargodha Road or nearby area, Hafizabad City, 2 Kanal (10880 Sq.ft)
- Open Plot at Katha Chowk or nearby area, Khushab City, 1 Kanal (5440 Sq.ft)
The scope involves providing private land/open plots suitable for NADRA office construction at the specified locations.
