The land should be commercial, residential cum commercial, or agriculture cum commercial with a minimum frontage of 35 feet. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure via electronic bidding on EPADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted by 2nd November 2026 at 12:00 pm. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 pm at NADRA Regional Head Office Karachi. Mandatory documents include attested copies of ownership title documents, approved maps, CNIC, NTN, GST, tax receipts, encumbrance certificates, NOCs, affidavits on non-judicial stamp papers, and other related papers. No brokerage or service charges will be paid, and manual bids are not accepted.
