Purchase of Laptops, Photocopier, Printers & Other Equipment for IWTR Capacity Building

The Indus Waters Treaty and Regulation Directorate, Lahore, under the Punjab Irrigation Department, invites e-Bids for the purchase of different equipment aimed at capacity building of the IWTR wing to improve regulation in the wake of climate change. Items being procured: - Laptops - Photocopier - Printers - Other related equipment This procurement is conducted through a Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The bidding documents are available free of cost after publication and can be downloaded from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System Portal. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids digitally through the online payment system. Manual bids or physical bid security submissions will not be accepted. The technical scope includes supply of quality IT and office equipment suitable for the IWTR wing's operational needs. The successful bidder will be required to execute an agreement with the Executive Engineer, IWTR, Lahore, and comply with all applicable taxes and PPRA rules. The bid validity period is 90 days from the last submission date. Interested bidders should ensure FBR/ATL registration and meet any PEC category requirements if applicable. Earnest money and bid security must be submitted digitally as per instructions. The deadline for bid submission is 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, Indus Waters Treaty, Punjab Irrigation Department, Old Anarkali, Lahore.
