Tender Description
The Directorate General of Agriculture Extension Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar invites sealed bids for the purchase of various types of local certified and true to type fruit plants under ADP, AIP, and NON-ADP projects for the year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through open competitive bidding under a framework contract as per KPPRA rules.

The total quantity covers 2000 acres. The scope includes supply of high-quality fruit plants suitable for the region, supporting agricultural development in merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be registered with FBR, FSC&RD, and other relevant provincial and federal government registration authorities.
Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal using the Single Stage-Two Envelopes process. A bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to PKR 5.00 million in the name of the Director General Agriculture Extension Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must be uploaded with the financial bids. The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address below.
Standard bidding documents with complete terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours against a non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 3000.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15.10.2026 at 11:30 AM at the address given below. Bids must reach the office on or before 26.10.2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely delivery of bids to avoid disqualification. Using the EPADS portal correctly and ensuring all required documents, including the original CDR, are submitted will improve chances of successful participation.
