The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA-2014 rules. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and provide 2% bid security of the estimated cost. Bidding documents are available online and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bids must be submitted online by 20-10-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bid opening will be held the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid validity is 90 days.
