Tender Description
The Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore invites sealed tenders from well reputed firms for the purchase of medicines and disposables on an annual tender basis for the PIC Model Pharmacy for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured:
- Local Purchase (LP) Medicines
- Disposables
The procurement is for the Model Pharmacy at Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore. Bidders are required to submit their tenders by 10:00 AM on 24-10-2026, with the opening of bids scheduled at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of participants. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance without providing justification.
The minimum discount benchmark for medicines is set at 10% for national firms, 6% for multinational firms, and 15% for disposables. Photocopies of CDRs with hidden amounts may be attached with technical bids, while originals must be submitted with financial bids. Earnest money of Rs. 500,000 is refundable to unsuccessful bidders.
Interested firms can obtain tender details from the purchase section of the PIC Model Pharmacy during working hours by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000 on written request. This tender requires firms to be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in supplying medicines and disposables. Submission must be made in sealed envelopes to the Medical Superintendent office at Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Jail Road, Lahore.
