Procurement of Mirrorless Digital Camera and Related Multimedia Accessories

Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT) Rahim Yar Khan invites e-bids under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from eligible, well-reputed, registered firms for the procurement of Mirrorless Digital Camera and Related Multimedia Accessories. Items being procured: - Mirrorless Digital Camera - Related Multimedia Accessories The procurement is for the university located in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab. Bidders may bid for a single lot or both lots separately. Evaluation and contract award will be executed on a Lot-by-Lot basis under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (Amended). Bidding documents are available for free download on EPADS portal and PPRA Punjab website. Separate Technical and Financial E-Bids must be submitted exclusively via Punjab EPADS portal by 29-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders' representatives. All bids must be accompanied by 3% Bid Security of the estimated cost as per Rule 27 of PPRA Rules 2014, paid online through EPADS portal. KFUEIT reserves the right to reject all bids or any lot at any time prior to acceptance under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders should ensure valid registration with FBR and relevant PEC category if applicable. Earnest Money must be submitted as specified.
